Do you show leadership courage? Are you willing to speak up when you think something must be said? Maybe you think that a change about to be made is going down the wrong path. Maybe your idea is a little different from what people around you would normally do. Maybe you believe it’s time for a tough decision that will affect some people in a negative way but be good for the organization as a whole.

No matter what organizational level you’re on, it takes leadership courage to speak up or act. Yes, do it thoughtfully and professionally, but follow your instinct and act.

It sure would be easy to sit back and say nothing and do nothing. But then, you would be nothing.
