Benefits of Using a Full Width Liner

• Lay flat liner reduces curl resulting in less feeding and printing issues.
• Adhesive is applied directly to liner, thus controlling the coat weight, location of adhesive and designed tolerances for document – no adhesive residue in the printer.
• Reduction in costs from dual web / PS design.
• Thinner end-product reduces feeding issues.
• Full width liner eliminates oblique stacking of documents. Documents stack flat in cartons and feed trays.
• Hot melt adhesives designed for specific applications.
• Premium grade laser MOCR paper produces exceptional laser printing results.
• Ability to print on liner – utilizing the entire back of the form.
• Works in all laser or ink-jet printers regardless of manufacturer.

• Substrates: From 20# bond to 125# tag.
• Adhesives: Removable, permanent, freezer, aggressive.
• Liner: Image or lockup (permanently attached to form).
• Types: Piggyback and security labels.

Why Not Use Patch Integrated Forms?

• Patch integrated forms have a loose corner on the liner which frequently is caught in the printer.
• Liner does not go to the end of the form, leaving a void in the form that can droop with gravity.
• Form is not equal in thickness all the way across – leads to roller wear and feeding issues.
• Form is processed through two different passes – unable to print on the liner.
